PUPIL PLANNER

All pupils are issued with a Pupil Planner. It is the point of daily contact between the home and the school. It contains the pupils' timetable, homework timetable and a record of Merit Marks awarded. It is used to record homework and to convey and messages between home and school. Group Tutors will check the Pupil Planner every week.

Absence notes must be written on a separate piece of paper and are needed after every absence. We check up on unexplained absence in conjunction with the Education Welfare Officer.
