Dance Workshop
On Wednesday 15th April, pupils from Years 7–10 took part in an exciting Hip Hop Dance workshop in partnership with the Royal Academy of Dance. APT pupils joined other dance pupils for the three-hour session, which focused on developing technique, musicality, and confidence.

Food Stylist Workshop
On the 16th of April, Year 10 Hospitality and Catering pupils took part in a food stylist workshop led by Matilda Bourne, who has worked on many mainstream TV programmes and large commercial brands.
Pupils created two burgers and two pavlovas in pairs using techniques taught by Matilda to make the food look screen worthy.

Prefect Celebration
On Thursday 26th of March, we celebrated our new prefects.
Pupils and family enjoyed an award ceremony, then Hospitality & Catering pupils served treats they made themselves.

This year, our pupils put on their own production of Shrek the Musical JR.

Crondon Park Golf Club Trip
On March 11th, Year 10 Hospitality and Catering pupils visited Crondon Park Golf Club.
Pupils got to tour the facilities, complete two activities and enjoy a 2-course meal.

World Book Day
Thank you to all the staff that dressed up for World Book Day!

Palace of Westminster
On Friday the 13th February, 11 of our pupils were given an unforgettable opportunity with a private visit to the Palace of Westminster. Pupils took part in an exclusive tour, where they explored both the House of Commons and the House of Lords. They also had the chance to explore the galleries of the historic Westminster building itself and learn how laws are made and bills are passed.

UKMT Maths Challenge
We are delighted to share that selected pupils from Years 9 and 10 recently took part in the Intermediate UKMT Maths Challenge, a national competition designed to promote logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Congratulations to all pupils who were awarded certificates in recognition of their achievements.
